• How does the 30-day free trial work?

  If you cancel the system within 30 days after you register any product, you will not be charged. After 30 days, you will be charged monthly for the use of the product.

• Will I get another 30 days of free use after upgrading or downgrading?

  No. Upgrading or downgrading a product during the trial period is extended. If you upgrade or downgrade after the trial period, you will not receive additional free trial time.

• Can I upgrade or downgrade the system at any time?

  Yes. Administrators can select the product category you need through the "Account Management" page to upgrade or downgrade the system.

• Do I have to register as a long-term user?

  No, YOUKECS is billed monthly according to the time of use, and there is no need to sign a long-term contract. If you log out of the system, you will only be charged for the current month and will not be charged for the next month.

• Is the usage fee calculated on a per-user basis?

  No, the price of the product includes all costs. For example, the Premium version costs ¥39.8 per month, which means that you can invite up to 10 users to use the system for the 39.8 yuan you pay.

• What payment methods are available?

  We recommend using online banking, but we can also pay by bank transfer or post office transfer.

• Worried about the security of your data?
