YoukeCS is an Internet software service provided by Shanghai Tongye Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongye Technology"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms of Service") are the main agreement between you and T&P regarding your ("you" or "user") access to and use of YoukeCS and other services provided by T&P (the "Services").

Intellectual Property Tongye Technology fully owns the ownership of YoukeCS products and services (including any development and upgrades) and all related intellectual property rights (including but not limited to source code, object code, documentation, interface design, layout framework, and any software and materials provided by YoukeCS according to maintenance and technical support). You acknowledge the ownership and intellectual property rights owned by Tongye Technology, and promise to respect and not infringe on the ownership and intellectual property rights of Tongpage Technology in any way. Without the written permission of Tongye Technology, you shall not copy, disseminate, transfer, license or provide others to use the above intellectual achievements, otherwise you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities, and YoukeCS has the right to terminate your use of YoukeCS without refund of any fees. 5. Privacy Policy
By using the services provided by YoukeCS and the services provided by YoukeCS, you agree that the technology of YoukeCS and the services you use are legally collected and used by the same page technology. 10. Miscellaneous
